This spell is a specialized version of dispel magic available to clerics of Vae. The caster chooses which spell effects in the target area will complete their durations prematurely and expire. Complete cycle may also be used as a counterspell attempt. The chances of the complete cycle spell working are computed as per dispel magic, except the caster is considered to be four levels higher for all die rolls.
