The priest surrounds himself in an aura of static electricity. Any being touching the priest receives a static discharge doing 1d6 points of damage +1/ caster level (maximum +5). The caster cannot damp the field to be touched by allies without willing ending the spell. The material components for the spell are and a glass rod and a piece of wool.

 

Specialty Glyph: CAPAC, causes 3 points per level of the caster in electrical damage, save for ½, and remains for one activation per three levels of the cleric. Only available to 7th levels or higher.

 

Mantle of Zardoon (Transmutation)

The priest turns forces a subject to attract electrical discharges. The spell surrounds the target in a nearly invisible aura that appears as a faint shimmering in the air akin to heat waves. The mantle attracts all electrical discharges that occur within 30 feet of it. A successful Will Save negates this effect. This spell can be used either defensively to protect the allies of the priest (by casting it on himself) or offensively to hinder a foe. If the target uses any electrical discharges, they are immediately drawn to him, and if vulnerable to electricity, it suffers a –2 on any saves for damage. The material component for this spell is a loose ball of copper wire.

The cleric discharges a blast of electrical energy around himself. All within the area, except the caster, must make a successful Fortitude Save of suffer d8/ 3 caster levels (maximum 5d8) points of electrical damage; a successful save halves damage. Beings wearing or carrying large amounts of conductive metal save at –2. This spell affects friend and foe alike, so the cleric would well harm his allies if not careful. The discharge cannot penetrate solid barriers, unless conducted through metal. In water, this spell affects twice its normal area of effect. The material component for the spell is a hollow copper sphere at least an inch in diameter.

 

Summon Zardoon Temple Guardian (Conjuration [Calling])

The cleric summons a behir to guard his temple from infidels. There may only be one temple guardian at any site. Once cast, a behir of the largest size and strength is brought before the caster. The behir is friendly to the priest and will do whatever task is set before it (usually staying within the temple and guarding it from defilers). The behir remains until its task is completed or is slain. The caster is expected to care for the guardian he has summoned. The material components for the spell are 1000gp and 5000gp in gems which are offered to the creature in exchange for its service.

 

Thunderbolt (Evocation [Electricity, Sonic])

Area: Bolt 10 ft. wide x 25 ft. + 5 ft./level long

The cleric blasts his foes with the fury of a storm. The spell brings forth a blast as per lightning bolt with a few changes. A successful Fortitude Save halves the electrical damage. Every target in the area is also subjected to a roll of thunder. If the second save is failed, the subject is stunned for 2 melee rounds and suffers a –4 penalty to AC, initiative, and skill checks for the next 4 rounds. If the target successfully saves, it is dazed for one round. The material components for the spell is the ash of an oak that has been struck by natural lightning.

 

Wrath of the Heavens (Evocation [Electricity, Divine])

Area: Column 60 ft. in diameter x 30 ft. high

Duration: Instantaneous

Saving Throw: Fortitude partial

Spell Resistance: Yes

 

The cleric blasts the area with the fury of Kaën. This spell brings down a massive electrical discharge from the heavens into the area of effect; this spell is only effective above ground. All creatures within the area must make a Fortitude Save or suffer 1d10/ 2 caster levels (maximum 15d10) points of damage. A successful save halves damage. For creatures with electrical resistance of immunity, half of the damage is divine. The material components for the spell is a vial of rainwater collected during a thunderstorm.
