The cleric's aura  eases pain among the ailing.  Any creature entering the area of effect is freed of all pain and daze effects.   Each magical or supernatural effect on a creature must make a check as if it had been subjected to a targeted dispel magic.  If a successful caster check is made, the effect is removed.  Nonmagical effects are automatically affected, and the target is pain free for the next hour.

 

Favor of Lomar (Necormancy)

Range:  Short (10 feet/ level)

The cleric takes on the wounds of another. By invoking the name of the Chained God, the caster can transfer the damage taken by another to himself.  The caster immediately assumes all physical wounds taken by the recipient up to -9 hit points; the recipient is instantly cured a like amount. The caster has no control over how many points are transferred with this spell, and no way of knowing the extent of the wounds through use of this spell alone.  Only physical wounds can be transferred by this spell, not ability loss, poison, disease or mental conditions.  If the caster falls to negative hit points, he automatically stabilizes.

 

Sustaining Prayer  (Necromancy)

Duration:  1 minute + 1 minute/ caster level

Spell Resistance:  No

 

The cleric spares his fallen allies from death on the battlefield due to untended wounds.  Any ally that is reduced to negative hit points within the area of effect automatically stabilizes at -1.  If dealt a death blow, the individual automatically stabilizes as if he had received magical healing.   Any ongoing effects which cause bleeding or slow hit point loss from wounds are staunched.

 

Endurance of Lomar (Necromancy)

 

Level:  Clr4 (Lomar)

Casting Time:  1 action

Range:  None

Area:  Caster

Duration:  1 minute + 1 minute/ caster level

Saving Throw:  None

Spell Resistance:  No

 

The cleric becomes an unstoppable force. This spell doubles the cleric’s hit points for the spell’s duration. Any damage suffered is subtracted from these hit points first. While under the effects of this spell, all Constitution checks gain a +4 divine bonus, and the caster is immovable, immune to any effects which stun or daze. Lastly, the cleric is immune to bull’s rush, grappling, overrunning, and tripping.

 

Invitiating Chains (Necromancy)

Range: Close  (25 feet + 10 feet/level)

Area:  One creature

Duration:  10 minutes/level

Saving Throw:  Fortitude partial

Spell Resistance:  Yes

 

The cleric restrains and weakens his foes. This spell wraps the target in chains which temporarily sap his strength and will. If the target fails a save, it loses d6 points of Strength, suffers a -2 penalty on Will Saves for the spell’s duration and cannot move from the spot it is bound. If the target makes its save, it only suffers the loss of 1 point of Strength.

 

Pact of the Martyr (Necromancy)

 

Level: Clr7 (Lomar)

Casting Time: 1 action

Range:  None

Area: Caster

Duration: Special

Saving Throw: None

Spell Resistance: No

 

This improved version of the Favor of Lomar is cast in advance of its use. At any time thereafter, unless it is first dispelled, the recipient can invoke the spell by force of will to transfer life forces with the casting cleric. This spell only functions as long as the two remain on the same plane of existence, and the caster gains no pre-warning of the spell’s activation.
