Explanation/Description:  This spell duplicates the exceptional ability tremorsense. The caster automatically senses the location of anything that is in contact with the ground and moving within range.  The spell cannot detect flying or incorporeal creatures, nor can it detect areas above the caster.  The material component is the leg of a spider.

Explanation/Description:  For the spell’s duration, the recipient gains a +2 circumstance bonus on fortitude saves and a +4 on poison saves.  The divine focus is the cleric’s holy symbol.

Canary’s Song (Evocation)

Explanation/Description:  This spell depletes oxygen from the target area so that flammable gases will not ignite if exposed to flame. However, breathing creatures begin to suffocate. See environmental rules on suffocation. This spell fails if cast into water or above ground. The material component for the spell is a small, dead songbird.

Excavate Tunnel (Alteration)

Explanation/Description:  This spell allows the cleric to excavate through sand, soil or stone for the spell’s duration.  A 5'x5'x5’ area can be excavated each round. Debris is scattered around the caster. By continued effort, the cleric can expand the tunnel each round, but the spell provides no supports. The change of collapse though soil or sand is 10% once a 20 foot area (4 rounds) have been done in succession. The risk is increased to 15% for unworked stone. The material component is a metal piece from a shovel and a pick.

 

Shatter Stone (Evocation)

Explanation/Description: This spell creates a force which cracks and shatters stone objects or creatures. The structural damage inflicted by the spell is a d6 per caster level against the stone, assuming an average hardness of 10 and hit points equal to 15/inch. Against creatures with the earth subtype, the spell does 6d6 of damage and stuns the creature for one round; a successful fortitude save halves the damage and eliminates the stun effect. Against constructs such as clay or stone golems, the spell does a point of damage per clerical level. The material components for the spell are a drop of water and a small crystal.

 

Temper of The Forge (Abjuration)

Explanation/Description: This spell hardens the target’s aura if it were metal armor. The recipient gains DR8/+3 and a +1 natural armor bonus for every three levels of the caster.  If the player’s equipment is subjected to the sunder feat or a damaging effect (e.g., rusting grasp), the spell bestows a +2 bonus to resist.  The spell provides no protection against incorporeal effects. The material component for the spell is a10 gp piece taken from masterwork plate mail.

Ghost Passage (Transformation)

Area of Effect: All victims within range

 

Explanation/Description: This spell is most commonly used to rescue victims from a catastrophe such as a mine collapse.  As long as the collapse is in range of survivors, a dimension door effect transports victims to the nearest safe and unblocked location within 100 feet. The spell cannot be used to move troops or individuals not in duress from a structural event such as a tunnel collapse. The divine focus for the spell is the cleric’s holy symbol.
